Only individuals aged 18 years or above may apply to become a Direct Seller of Velhans Private Limited. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information and submit the documents required for verification. Membership is subject to approval and compliance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
Every Direct Seller operates independently and is not an employee, partner, or authorized representative of the Company unless expressly agreed in writing. Direct Sellers are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, conduct, and applicable tax obligations.
Membership IDs and Business Centres are personal and may not be sold or transferred without the Company's written approval. Any transfer of membership benefits following the death of a member shall be subject to applicable law, valid nomination records, and Company procedures.
Velhans Private Limited reserves the right to update its policies, business plans, and compensation structure in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations. Material changes shall be communicated where required. The Company may suspend or terminate membership for fraud, misleading representations, policy violations, or other legitimate grounds, following applicable procedures.
Members must promote Velhans products honestly and responsibly. False claims, guaranteed income promises, misleading product information, unauthorized use of the Company's name or logo, and unlawful promotional activities are prohibited. Violations may result in appropriate disciplinary action.
Products must be purchased through authorized Company channels. Customers and members may be required to provide a valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation for collection or verification. Any membership-related purchase requirements must be clearly disclosed in the applicable agreement. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds shall be governed by the Company's published policies and applicable consumer-protection laws. Statutory consumer rights shall not be excluded.
Commissions, bonuses, and rewards shall be calculated according to the official compensation plan and eligible business activity. No income or earnings are guaranteed. All payments and deductions shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws. Members must provide valid PAN, bank details, and other required documents. Tax deducted at source (TDS) shall be applied at the legally applicable rate. Business volume or credit points shall not be payable in cash unless expressly provided under the applicable plan.
Payouts shall be processed according to the Company's published schedule and applicable banking procedures. Processing may be delayed due to bank holidays, incorrect bank details, verification requirements, or technical issues. Members must contact official support if a payout fails or an account-related issue arises. Customers and members may submit complaints through the Company's official support email.
Customers and members must provide accurate information and protect their account credentials. Velhans Private Limited shall handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Unauthorized access, identity misuse, or misuse of another person's information is prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The Company and the concerned individual shall endeavour to resolve disputes through the official grievance-redressal process. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent courts or authorities under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights.
By creating an account, placing an order, or accepting the applicable Direct Seller agreement, the individual confirms that they have read and understood the relevant terms and agree to comply with the Company's policies and applicable laws. Any violation may result in appropriate restrictions, suspension, or termination in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
